So today, I did my trial class of crossfit this morning and I definitely have been slacking and did not really prepare myself for what I was getting myself into (again). I am going to really take these next two months and push myself so I can have the best results. This means my diet is going to have to stay in check as well.

Weight - 158.4
Body fat - 39.5%
Visceral fat - 6
Skeletal muscle - 26.5%
BMI - 27.2%
