Crossfit Trial class

So today, I did my trial class of crossfit this morning and I definitely have been slacking and did not really prepare myself for what I was getting myself into (again). I am going to really take these next two months and push myself so I can have the best results. This means my diet is going to have to stay in check as well.

Here are my pre-crossfit numbers  and photos.

Weight - 158.4
Body fat - 39.5%
Visceral fat - 6
Skeletal muscle - 26.5%
BMI - 27.2%

July 22nd

So today didn't start out the way I wanted it to. The plan was for me to get up and start crossfit this morning but I couldn't get myself up. I was afraid of injuring myself since my shoulder was acting up yesterday.

However, the day started to turn around. I ended up biking into work and home.  My friend then convinced me to go for a run that I did not feel motivated to do so.

Tomorrow, hopefully I can get up and start crossfit. If that does not happen, I will definitely go on Wednesday as long as my back and shoulder are good.

Introduction

Hey,

I was told that it I should start a blog to explain all the fun and exciting things happening for myself here in Calgary.

I will start really posting tomorrow especially with my crossfit workouts. This will be a blog about my marathon training, crossfit, traveling and climbing adventures, meeting people, as well as attempts of getting my own business started.

I guess I should say a little about myself right now. I am a 25 year old woman who moved to Calgary from Ontario and I am taking the opportunity to really explore and get to know myself. All of my family is back in Ontario and I do not know many people in town yet so this blog will catalogue my experiences and struggles.
