So today didn't start out the way I wanted it to. The plan was for me to get up and start crossfit this morning but I couldn't get myself up. I was afraid of injuring myself since my shoulder was acting up yesterday.
However, the day started to turn around. I ended up biking into work and home. My friend then convinced me to go for a run that I did not feel motivated to do so.
Tomorrow, hopefully I can get up and start crossfit. If that does not happen, I will definitely go on Wednesday as long as my back and shoulder are good.
